Well. But not really. But today I have tried a recipe of my Japanese schoolgirl - is very simple and tastes fabulous.

meatballs :	sauce :
500g minced pork 3 tablespoons bread crumbs 3 spring onions, thinly sliced 2 egg yolks pepper salt	2 tablespoons soy sauce 1 tablespoon mirin 1 tablespoon sake 1 pinch Potato starch possibly some sugar

first Everything for the meatballs mix. form small flat dumplings.
second Roast. For me, it goes without fat in the coating pan and tastes equally good.
third Dumplings from the pan, put the small fire.
4th Everything for the sauce to the pan and tilt. Pretty soon everything will boil down.
5th And dumplings to contact. When starch was there, it sticks fast to the dumplings.
